If you’re not happy with your repair, we’ll move mountains to make it right. That’s why every repair (unless otherwise stated) is guaranteed for 12 months subject to normal conditions of wear and tear. Just make sure you retain your repair receipt in the event of a claim.
If anything does happen to your watch or jewellery, rest assured, whether it’s your fault or ours, we’ll do our utmost to fix it. We’ll either repair the item for free under our guarantee, or we’ll charge a small fee for the repair if the damage was caused by you. We’ll always let you know beforehand if there are any charges.

What is covered
If the fault or defect found was the result of the work carried out by our craftsmanship, we’ll correct the defect at no cost to you.
What is not covered
Our guarantee does not cover accidental or intentional damage, loss caused by you or a third party or any defects resulting from additional repairs carried out or assessed anywhere other than Christopher Diggle Jewellers.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
