Sure you can, our address is 18 Westway, Maghull, Liverpool L31 0DQ. We recommend using Royal Mail's Special Delivery service and remember to retain your proof of postage receipt from the Post Office. You’ll only be charged for the return postage of your jewellery.
You’ll receive an email from us when we have received your jewellery. When we have worked out your quote you’ll receive another email from us. Depending on the work required it might take a few days until you receive your quote from us.
If you want to go ahead, the email you received your quote will contain a link where you can pay securely. If you would like to pay by bank transfer, then our bank account details will be in the email. Please use your quote number as a reference and reply to the email saying you have paid.
Once we have received payment work on your repair will begin. When the repair is completed, your jewellery will be returned using your chosen delivery method.
We offer Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For (£10), Royal Mail Special Delivery with £500 insurance (£15), Royal Mail Special Delivery with £1000 insurance (£16), Royal Mail Special Delivery with £2500 insurance (£18).
We can return your jewellery using one of our delivery methods.
If you’re not happy with your repair, we’ll move mountains to make it right. Every repair (unless otherwise stated) is guaranteed for 12 months subject to normal conditions of wear and tear. Read our repair guarantee for more information.
